When providing the hardware service, noris network will assume the complete range of services from installation and monitoring through to replacement of faulty components. The prerequisite for this service is an existing maintenance contract with the manufacturer of the hardware or cold-standby components. As an option, noris network will also take over the procurement of the hardware including maintenance contracts, as well as its administration for you.

Remote Hands – Your smart Hands Service
Save your technicians the trip from your branches to your systems for simple tasks in our data center. Many tasks can also be carried out quickly and conveniently by “smart hands” on site. Especially for simple tasks such as changing the wiring, resetting hardware or simple repair work.
Together with you, we document the activities to be carried out in writing in advance. If necessary, our remote hands personnel can then carry out these tasks independently. Alternatively, you can control the Remote Hand Helper via video conference (“live control”).

For us, colocation doesn’t mean only providing racks or cages. Of course, we support you throughout the entire lifecycle of your installed hardware. With our IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), our data center engineers provide comprehensive services for everything you have installed in your racks in our data centers. Furthermore we also take care of Remove and Disposal. This way you save resources and time for travelling to the data center and all activities around your installed hardware.
All IMAC activities, such as the enclosure of racks, installation of servers, cabling of hardware or work on the power supply, can be set up without much effort via our ticket system.

The services to be performed are taken from the ticket according to your instructions it will be performed, documented and reported back to you upon successful completion.
