Challenge
Mazars in Germany is on a steady, sustainable growth path. In addition, the auditing and consulting business is placing increasingly high demands on security and quality – with the ever-increasing relevance of high-performance IT systems and a further increase in IT risks.
Solution
Mazars in Germany was looking for a suitable service provider for the provision of the service-providing and supporting systems and for the necessary infrastructure, such as the network or firewall. In addition to security standards, internet connectivity and the services offered, one question in particular was crucial: would the DATEV software, which is critical for Mazars in Germany, be able to be operated by the service provider in such a way that all users at the twelve locations in Germany could work with it remotely at any time without restrictions?
Project success
noris network not only impressed with the maximum energy efficiency and security of its data centres, but also with the performance of the proposed solution for server-based computing with the 650 Citrix clients from Mazars in Germany. Since mid-2017, the IT systems of the auditing and consulting company have been in regular operation at noris network with a mixture of dedicated hardware, virtual data centre and managed services. Since its implementation, the infrastructure provided by noris network has grown steadily and flexibly in line with increasing requirements.
