Success Story censhare

Customer

censhare GmbH

censhare develops universal smart content management software and provides global brands such as Dyson, Jaguar Land Rover, Kohl’s and Hearst Media Group with a content and marketing platform to enable digital transformation and deliver personalized content across channels, devices, and languages. Censhare is headquartered in Munich and has offices in the US, UK, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, and India.

Challenge

censhare provides its universal smart content management software as a software-as-a-service cloud solution. This enables customers to work on content and its presentation options across locations and borders on a shared platform. For this, censhare was looking for a high-performance, data protection-compliant data center as a partner. The challenge here was that many censhare customers have special requirements that could not be met in a standardized cloud solution in a technically or economically sensible way.

Solution

Instead of international PaaS providers, which are problematic in terms of data protection, Censhare chose noris network, a German high-security data center operator. Initially, the Censhare SaaS was operated on its own servers in rented rack space. However, the content management expert has now completely dispensed with its own hardware and uses the vDatacenter from noris network: a freely scalable, fully virtualized IT platform.

Project success

In order to meet customers with special requirements, censhare and noris network have developed a division of labor: noris network offers censhare customers individualized and highly scalable infrastructure and connectivity services. censhare takes over the operation of the censhare software on these resources as a managed service.
