Our Corporate culture
The noris networks team breathes the noris spirit! We are young – or young at heart -, innovative and always hungry for improvements. As “norisians”, we endeavor to be among the best and to always find the optimal solution for our customers. This includes know-how, commitment, and passion for IT.
Why noris network?
Work must be fun! We at noris network have internalized this phrase. It is important to us that phases of tension, in which we have to do our very best, are followed by phases of relaxation in which we can further develop ourselves, play and learn, or just communicate with colleagues. All this takes place in a motivated and motivating environment with comfortable offices and modern work equipment. Other amenities include complimentary drinks, coffee and fruit as well as the regular pizza day or the annual barbecue, where all who like get together and eat, drink, and celebrate.
At noris network, supervisors are prepared for their management tasks to make sure they are also perceived as managers. After all, they should not only distribute tasks, but also serve as role models, deal with mistakes, show understanding, and provide the right degree of creative leeway and self-responsibility. In our view, professional work is only possible in this way. As we see it, satisfied employees not only need performance-related remuneration, but also self-determination, development opportunities, flexible working hours and, of course, a proper work-life balance.
Will you fit in with us?
A full-time job means that you spend as much time with your colleagues as you do with your family, so the chemistry must be right. Also for this reason “norisians” address each other in an informal manner. If you are also enthusiastic about IT, enjoy innovative concepts, like to be at the cutting edge, have a customer-oriented personality, are willing to broaden your expertise, enjoy new technologies and team work, like to acquire knowledge and pass it on to others, work on your own responsibility and in a self-determined manner, then we should talk.
